Discover your creative self! Through a series of mindful exercises (including improvisation and meditation) Jerrie Lyndon, Creative Mastermind at Creative Mind Forward, will demonstrate ways of engaging your mind in creative thinking. This is a low-key, playful workshop that will likely inspire you to explore creativity in your everyday life. Creative thinkers of all types and fields are welcome! All
proceeds will be donated towards a creative housewarming gift for Groundwork’s new space!
